三、教學目標 Objectives
這門課介紹台灣與世界的人權思想歷史。第一部分討論台灣追求人權的奮鬥史，以及在這過程中的有關人權的思考歷程。第二部分將探討不同世界文化人權論述的發展史，包含歐洲、亞洲、非洲、南美洲等國家的人權思想史。關注目前世界各區域的人權議題，課程將選擇亞、非、歐、美等在人權實踐及論述特別相關的部分作為主題，介紹相關思想淵源及著名人權文件。
This course introduces the history of thoughts on human rights in Taiwan and the world. The first part is the introduction of the history of Taiwan's struggling for human rights, of some relevant documents and thoughts. The second part introduces thinking resources of the world culture histories on human rights concept , in East and the West, including main human rights thinkers and the famous human rights documents.

●整體敘述 Overall Description 課程分以介紹台灣百年的人權實踐及思考為始點；其次介紹亞、非、歐、美等人權發展史，包括這些區域的人權思想家及其人權思想。本課特色在於結合思想與實踐，追溯這些不同區域的人權實踐與思想淵源。 This course begins with an introduction of Taiwan's struggles for human rights and thinkings. Human Rights thoughts development in Asia, Africa, Europe and America is the next main subject of this course.
