| 課程的目的之一是讓學生熟悉做生意的流程; 再來是提高學生在商業領域技能的寫作的技巧, 通過複習語法的重要組成部分，提升改善與銷售，財務，市場營銷，金融，會計，經濟，證券市場暨債券市場等領域的詞彙和專有術語, 期能趕上現代的商業世界。 |

| One of the objectives of the course is to let students be familiar with the procedures of doing business; the other is to improve students' writing skills in business field by reviewing those important parts of grammar and by improving the vocabulary and terms related to the areas of sales, finance, marketing, banking, accounting, economic, securities market and bond market to catch up with the modern business world. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||

| ●整體敘述 Overall Description Besides Textbook including Part One, Part Two and Part Three, here we will select an articles including “Gen Z retailer SHEIN eyes 2022 U.S. IPO”, “1956: The Container Ship's Maiden Voyage” and “Huntsman Corp beats Starboard’s board challenge” and so on. Hope these articles will help student to learn more knowledge about the startup entrepreneurship, bond market, credit ratings, M&A, business strategies and business bubble. |
