三、教學目標 Objectives
本課程的教學目標是要讓學生對"專案管理"有基礎正確的認識，包含專案管理之五大階段(起始階段、計畫階段、執行階段、控制階段及結案階段)與十大知識領域(範疇管理、時間管理、成本管理、品質管理、風險管理、人力管理、溝通管理、採購管理、關係人及整合管理)等相關內容。上課方式包含授課、分組討論實作練習等方式同時進行。

透過對專案管理步驟的解說與分組練習使學生可獲得專案管理方法知識及能力。課程分為兩部分內容。第一部分介紹專案管理工作內容上所須具備之理論基本訓練及語言。第二部分實作專案管理相關文件練習。
