三、教學目標 Objectives
電子商務是電腦資訊科技運用在商業以來，最完整的一項科技運用的整合。它所改變的不只是消費者的習慣，如宅經濟的興起及行動消費，更改變了人類的社群概念(如虛擬社群)。時勢所趨，各行各業都向電子商務靠攏。但電子商務和傳統商務究竟有何不同？電子商務如何改變商業兢爭？要從電子商務中獲得最大效益，系統中須包括哪些商業應用系統？企業e化必須注意哪些事項？等，都是電子商務的重點。本課程的教學目標在於，讓學生對上述問題有深層的瞭解，進而能幫助公司跨進電子商務。教學先從一般的商務簡介(商務功能簡介包含功能及流程)開始，再介紹電子商務的內容：電子商務概論及電子商務在消費者端的相關科技(如雲端科技、NFC及iBeacon)，以相互比較的方式，深入探討電子商務的內涵(包含電子商務中的重要軟體功能)，讓學生很清楚瞭解傳統商務功能，在電子商務的內涵中，有哪科技可運用在改變現行的營運模式，及有哪些商務的功能是新創的及電子商務對經營模式的衝擊。
E-commerce is the most powerful and integrated application since IT was introduced to business. It has changed the business model of every industry. This course offers students the essential of e-commerce for real world business practice. Students will learn what and how technologies related to e-commerce could be used to change business. And students who take this course are expected to be able to help companies they work for to refine company’s business model to compete in the e-commerce world.
