三、教學目標 Objectives
本課程教學目標有三點：

1、研發創新基礎理解與應用：
理解創新和研發核心概念，區分不同的創新策略。
學會組織創新能力的發展和研發管理的基本技能。

2、應用設計思維與科技趨勢：
運用設計思維進行產品開發，熟悉專案開發方法。
分析科技演進和趨勢，評估組織中的應用和整合。

3、創新評估與實踐能力培養：
評估創新的績效和風險，學會成本效益評估分析。
透過實務案例分析和應用，培養創新思維硬能力。
There are three objectives in this course：

1、Foundational Understanding and Application of R&D Innovation:
Gain an understanding of the core concepts of innovation and research and development (R&D), and differentiate between various innovation strategies.
Acquire skills in developing organizational innovation capabilities and basic management skills in R&D.

2、Application of Design Thinking and Technological Trends:
Apply design thinking principles in product development and become familiar with project development methods.
Analyze the evolution and trends in technology, and evaluate their application and integration within organizations.

3、Innovation Evaluation and Cultivation of Practical Skills:
Evaluate the performance and risks associated with innovation, and learn cost-benefit analysis.
Cultivate practical skills in innovation thinking through the analysis and application of real-world case studies.
