1. 學習供應鏈管理的知識，觀念與理論 2．學習物流供應鏈管理的內部與外部機能與整合管理要點 3. 經由各種專案討論的過程中建立對供應鏈管理的專業能力。
1. To learn the knowledge and theories in supply chain management. 2. To learn the various internal and external functions and integration management in logistics. 3. To develop expertise by study cases in various management scenarios and real world examples.

●整體敘述 Overall Description This course will focus on knowledge, theory and methods that facilitate effective decision-making in supply chains and logistics networks. You will gain insights from case study and logical inference in various real world scenarios. The covered topics and learning activities are listed in the weekly schedule.
