隨著當代的社會變遷,文化和消費的議題越來越重要。這堂課將閱讀相關文獻,並探討當代議題,尤其是文化的消費化,以及消費的文化元素,以利學生培養社會分析與批判的基本能力。 本學期要聚焦討論的是人工智能、創意產業和藝術之間的關係。在數位時代中,我們每天消費很多影像,這些影像是從何而來,和我們的當下與未來,又是怎樣的關係? |

Culture and consumption are increasingly important issues in contemporary societies. This course aims to discuss the cultural elements of consumption and provide students a chance to develop better ways of understanding modern consumer society. This semester will focus on the relationship between artificial intelligence, creative industries, and art. In the digital age, we consume a lot of images daily. Where do these images come from, and what is their relationship with our present and future? |
