三、教學目標 Objectives
這門為期一學期的大學課程旨在提供有關當代德國某些領域的資訊。 本校所有學生均可參加該EMI課程。 雖然課程包含一些複雜的主題,但課程將以簡單的英語授課,以便學生能夠跟上內容。
課程旨在提供以下內容:
- 理解其他文化知識作為一種能力的相關性
為了更好的跨文化交流。
- 提供當代德國知識的特定學科領域。
- 在網路上展示德國媒體,提供深入研究的知識
關於德國。
- 透過在小組和專案中使用數位工具來提高學生的數位素養
工作。
This one-semester university-wide course is designed to provide information on some areas of contemporary Germany. All students of our university can participate in this EMI course. Although the course contains some complex topics, the course will be taught in simple English so that students will be able to follow the content.
The course is designed to provide the following:
- An understanding of the relevance of knowledge about other cultures as a competence
for better intercultural communication.
- Specific subject areas that offer knowledge of contemporary Germany.
- Presentation of German media on the Internet that offer well-researched knowledge
about Germany.
- Promoting students' digital literacy through the use of digital tools in group and project
work.
四、課程內容 Course Description
整體敘述 Overall Description

• The course will not only teach knowledge about contemporary Germany, but will actively involve students through partner, group and project work, i.e. the course will be learner-centered.
• Furthermore, the course will utilize digital tools such as AI and AR apps, which will require students to use the appropriate tools and develop their digital literacy skills.
• At the end of the course, there will be an exhibition (成果展覽) where there will be an AR poster presentation so that students can experience how AR can be used to create presentations.

There is no course required. However, good knowledge of basic English is recommended.
九、課程其他要求 Other Requirements
The evaluation criteria and the handling of grades will be explained during the first hours. However, the teacher still has the right and freedom of adjustments. Any changes will be announced in class. Students are responsible for everything they may miss in class. The teacher is not responsible for reminding students of their obligations.

The teacher expects that students are prepared to take an active role as learners of a foreign language. Thus, students have to attend classes in time, bring along writing utensils and adequate paper or tablets for taking notes.
Students have to understand that the classroom will become a kind of workshop!
Therefore, participation, pair work and group work are crucial.
