三、教學目標 Objectives
作為管理者，我們應該做什麼來幫助我們的員工表現得更好，以及我們如何實現這一目標？
本課程將透過課堂講授、小組討論、個案研究和口頭報告等多種教學方法​​，使學生理解組織行為（OB）的所有主要議題
及管理者在組織內可能面臨的挑戰。
In this class, a key question will be asked: What do we do as managers that help our people perform better and how do we get this goal accomplished? With several teaching methods including lectures, in-class group discussions, case studies, and presentations, this course will cover all major issues in organizational behavior (OB) and the challenges managers may face within the organizations.
