學生將學習作業管理如何影響、支持與驅動企業營運。無論學生的學習背景或未來的職涯發展方向為何，本課程將使學生理解策略發展、市場分析、價值主張、系統改善及系統整合。

Students will develop an understanding of how operations management impacts, supports, and drives a business. The focus will help students understand the importance of operations regardless of their major or career track. Strategy development, market analysis, value proposition, system improvement and system integration will be discussed.
