本科目旨在講授解決企業問題與達到管理目標所涉及個體經濟學的基本觀念與分析技能。講授主題包括:經濟學之哲學思想,市場分析,需求理論及其應用,生產與成本,不同市場形態下廠商之最適產量與價格,賽局理論,不確定下之抉擇等。 |

This course is designed to provide students with thorough understanding of microeconomic concepts and analytic tools that are useful in addressing business problems and achieving managerial goals. Major topics of this course include: philosophy of economics, market analyses, demand theory and its application, production and cost, price and output decisions in various markets, game theory, and decisions under uncertainty. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

●整體敘述 Overall Description philosophy of economics: ontology and methodology, Introduction, basic concepts, market analyses (Chapters 1-2), marginal analysis (chapter 3), theory of consumer behavior (Chapters 5), elasticity and demand (chapter 6), Production and cost (Chapters 8-9), midterm exam., managerial decisions in competitive markets (chapter 11), managerial decisions for firms with market power (chapter 12), strategic decision making in oligopoly markets (chapter 13), advanced pricing techniques (chapter 14), decisions under risk and uncertainty (chapter 15). This course includes group discussion to enhance the degree of understanding and the capability of application. |
