三、教學目標 Objectives
本課程講述跨國企業的財務決策與國際金融環境等議題，課程中也將介紹常用之國際財務資料庫並進行國際財金書報導讀，希望學生修習後具有國際財務市場的分析架構。
This course discusses the financial policies of multinational firms and international financial markets. We also introduce and demonstrate international financial databases and financial readings. After this course, students are expected to have a basic understanding and analytical skills of the international financial market.
四、課程內容 Course Description
●整體敘述 Overall Description 本學期課程將包含跨國企業的財務管理、國際收支帳、與外匯市場等議題，並示範由國際財務資料庫檢索並分析跨國公司之財務資料，也包含國際財金新聞與書報的閱讀。 This course contains issues of financial management of the multinational firm, balance of payments, and the foreign exchange market. We will demonstrate how to use and analyze financial information from financial databases. Readings of international financial newspapers are also discussed during class.
