This course offers a complete framework for thinking about innovation across the technological, market, and organizational perspectives while integrating the latest developments in the management of the innovation field. 四、課程內容 Course Description | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
●整體敘述 Overall Description This course uses the cyclic innovation model (CIM) to view innovation management. It combines hard and soft sciences, bridges R&D and marketing communities and helps students to better understand the essence of the innovation process. This is a different way of viewing the firm-based innovation process. It attempts to capture the iterative nature of the network processes innovation and represents this in the form of an innovation circle with interconnected cycles. This circular concept helps students to know how the firm, on different scales, gathers information and knowledge over time and develops a solution. |
