1.補授新訂刑事證據法律，含國民法官法所定之新證據法則
2.研討刑事證據爭議法律問題
3.理論實務並重，訓練解析實例問題之能力
1.Learning newly-revised　criminal evidence laws, including new regulation governed by lay-judge-law.
2.Studying update and controversial criminal evidence laws
3.Emphasizing both theory and practice for cultivating the ability of analyzing legal issues

複習三年級所修刑訴法證據部分，補足未及學習之增修及新訂證據法則,建構刑事證據法理體系，關注司法實務見解。
