| 三、教學目標 Objectives |
| 本課程主要是介紹德國在國際體系中的角色，內容包括國際關係的演變、國際組織（聯合國、北大西洋公約組織、歐洲參議會、歐洲安全暨合作組織以及歐盟）、當前國際問題、德國對外關係以及德國與歐盟之關係。 |
| The goal of the Proseminar is (1) an overview of the role of the Federal Republic of Germany in the international system and the relations between Germany and the EU, (2) an introduction to the development of the international system and international organizations, respectively UN, NATO, Council of Europe, OSCE and EU, (3) an overview of current security issues in the world. |
