三、教學目標 Objectives
本課程目標在使學生理解：(1)國際法體系；(2)國際法的應用及其發展的機制；(3) 在各領域中主導國際活動的國際法原則
The course is designed to develop knowledge and understanding of (1) the international legal system; (2) the main institutions which contribute to the development and application of international law; and (3) the legal rules, principles and processes which govern key areas of inter-state activity.
四、課程內容 Course Description
●整體敘述 Overall Description 本課程各單元將以實例與可能的事件推演情境為導引，漸次讓同學們掌握研究國際公法的工具與方法。 暑假期間起，漸次瀏覽國際法院(International Court of Justice)、國際海洋法法庭(International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea)、國際刑事法院(International Criminal Court)、常設仲裁法院(Permanent Court of Arbitration)，並探索當中的判決與訴訟文件。
