三、教學目標 Objectives
本學期擬規劃:
I. 參訪金融監理主管機關或金融業界、專家演講
II. 說明如何檢索國際資料庫,如Bankscope、Compustat及Datastream,並應用國際資料庫數據分析財金事件。

希冀藉由深入淺出及「理論」與「實務」並重的教學方式,經由課程設計,講授有關以下議題:
I. 國際財務管理(International Financial Management)
財務融資與分析(International Financing and Analysis)
新創企業之財務分析(The Financial Analysis of Cultural and Creative Industries (CCI
中小企業財務融資與信用保證機制(The Financing of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs)
and Credit Guarantee Scheme)

II. 永續投資/責任投資(Sustainable Investment/Responsible Investment)
ESG原則與綠色投資(Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance(ESG) and Green Investment)
永續金融(Sustainable Finance)
可持續銀行與綠色金融(Sustainable Banking and Green Finance)

III. 國際金融機構管理(International Financial Institution Management)
銀行風險管理與銀行倒閉(Bank Risk Management and Bank Run)
金融預警制度(Financial Early Warning System)
金融健全指標(Financial Soundness Indicators, FSIs)及CAMELS評級指標
巴賽爾協定與金融監理(Basel Accord and Financial Regulation)

IV. 金融科技(FinTech)與銀行營運模式(Business Model)
股權式群眾募資(Equity Crowdfunding)
銀行與P2P借貸(P2P Lending)之合作

期盼同學們學習跨國企業的經營模式、國際金融環境及市場的運作,以期達到下列教學目標。
1. 實務議題探討
依上課進度輔以國際財金實務或個案的探討,藉以提升理論的理解度及應用性,進而培養學生分析財金問題、專業管理及決策判斷之專業能力。

2. 培養閱讀能力
藉由引導閱讀如經濟學人(The Economist)、金融時報(Financial Times)、華爾街日報(The Wall Street Journal)等財務金融刊物,培養學生對財金時事的掌握度。

3. 培養檢索國際資料庫及撰寫英文報告能力
課堂中會詳細介紹如何檢索國際資料庫(如Bankscope、Compustat及Datastream等),並完整說明撰寫英文報告(Academic Report)的架構
This course will provide the following issues of finance:International Financial Markets, includes the Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Financing and Innovative Finance; International Financial Institutions Management, Bank Risk Management and Financial Regulation (Basel Accord), FinTech (Financial Technology).

Especially, sustainable finance generally refers to the process of taking due account of environmental and social considerations when making investment decisions, leading to increased investment in longer-term and sustainable activities. More specifically, environmental considerations refer to climate change mitigation and adaptation, as well as the environment more broadly and the related risks. Therefore, this course will discuss the issue of Sustainable Finance and Sustainable Investment to study the new opportunities and challenges for the financial sector.

In addition, this course illustrates international financial management principles with the experience of the Taiwan and other countries. Both case study and international database are also discussed. According to discussing the combination between theory and application, let students understand the real meaning and practice of international financial management and international financial institution management. The aim of this course is to enhancing student financial expertise, training the ability of data collection, and developing presentation skills.
