三、教學目標 Objectives
智慧財產權是很抽象觀念,產業標的(如物、方法與用途)是比較具體表徵,首堂課就人的知識流從不公開至公開,與學生互動究竟產生何種面向知識,進而 初步瞭解不同智慧財產(包含專利、營業秘密、商標與著作權),課中會提到生醫公司現有 IP 大戰與 AI 廠商未來 IP 戰爭。為讓學員具體清楚瞭智慧財產權(IP)與產業標的現況和運作,且複習之前所學,首創以人、事、時、地、物、錢與權利如何取得與維護 七個面向經緯分析不同智慧財產(包含專利、營業秘密、商標與著作權)。上課時會先花一堂課說明每次上 IP 意義與例示產業標的關聯性,案例會跨足許多跨領域科技與產業標的創新創意,後半堂課會進行即時詢問測驗,除訓練學員動思考,亦可清楚了解學員是否真了解抽象智慧財產權真意,同時訓練學員語言表達。另外,亦非常看重實作與專題,讓學員上台寫發表整組同學共同思考成果,除訓練與他人合作能力,寫出答案能看出解決問 題能力,同時他組同學可針對不同組同學回答做批判性思考。我會持續關注每個學員的表現,提供他們所需的技能,持續幫他們改善,達到更好的表現,並透過上述方式來驗證效果。
Intellectual property rights are very abstract concepts, and industrial targets (such as objects, methods, and uses) are more specific representations. In the first lesson, the knowledge flow of people was never disclosed to the public, what kind of knowledge-oriented interactions resulted from the interaction with students, so as to understand the differences Intellectual property (including patents, trade secrets, trademarks and copyrights). The class will mention the existing IP wars between biopharma companies and the future IP wars between AI Incs. In order for the students to understand the current status and operation of intellectual property rights (IP) and industry targets, and review what they have learned before, the first is how to obtain and maintain seven wisdom-oriented analysis of different wisdom in terms of people, events, time, place, property, money and rights to obtain intellectual property including patents, trade secrets, trademarks and copyrights. During the class, a class will be taken to explain the relevance of the IP meaning and the illustrated industry target each time. The case will span many cross-domain innovations in technology and industry targets. In the second half of the class, an instant inquirial test will be conducted. Can clearly understand whether the students really understand the true meaning of abstract intellectual property rights, and train students to express language. In addition, they also put a lot of emphasis on implementation and topics, allowing students to come to the stage to write and publish the results of the entire group of students to think together. In addition to training the ability to cooperate with others, writing the answers can show the ability to solve problems based on critical thinking. I will continue to monitor the performance of each student, provide them with the skills they need, continue to help them improve, achieve better performance, and verify the results through the above methods.
