三、教學目標 Objectives

民法第二編規範的是「債」的法律關係。所謂「債」，指的是相互對立之特定人間之法律關係，以一方有要求他方為一定行為或不行為之權利，而他方負有一定作為或不作為之義務為其內容者。本課程希望藉由學理之分析，使學習者得以清楚了解現行民法債編總論規範之概念與適用，並以此作為民法總則與債編各論學習之橋樑，同時對於新科技衍生相關實務問題之應用的思維能力，讓學習者面對現今靈活的考試與職涯實用趨勢，能有更充分而紮實的預備。

The second part of Civil Code named "Obligations" regulates the rights and duties arising between individuals. The obligation is a legal duty, by which a person is bound to do or not to do a certain thing. This course aims to enable students to understand "General Provisions of Obligations” and basing on this, facilitates them to learn the integration with "Particular Kinds Of Obligations" appropriately. In particular, the course emphasizes that learners should apply academic knowledge to solve problems; meanwhile, through the adequate and flexible preparation students may transfer smoothly into professional career in future.
