本課程介紹訓練與發展之主要理論概念與實務運作,課程重點內容涵括訓練與發展之需求評估、規劃、設計和評鑑。本課程教學方式以講授為主,輔以個案教學與企業實務演講等。 本課程深入探討人力資源管理中訓練與發展之主要功能,故學生修習完本課程之後,預期達到以下學習目標: 1、了解訓練與發展於人力資源管理功能中所扮演之角色。 2、了解訓練與發展之理論基礎與實務運作。 3、了解訓練與發展之需求評估。 4、了解訓練方法之選擇與訓練計畫之規劃與設計。 5、了解訓練發展之成效評鑑。 |

This course will provide an overview of the training and development (T&D) function and its role in the human resource management (HRM). This course will introduce major theoretical perspectives and managerial implications of T&D function mainly by using lectures and case studies. The guest speech will also be included in this course in order to provide students with a better understanding of practical T&D operations in the real workplace. Each week we will discuss different issues that are related to T&D function. Hopefully, through this diversified course design, students will be able to extend their limited thinking on the T&D and HRM. Upon the completion of this course, students will be able to: 1. Understand the T&D function within the organizational context. 2. Understand the breadth of theory and practical application in the field of T&D. 3. Understand the T&D needs analysis. 4. Understand the T&D course design. 5. Understand the T&D effectiveness evaluation. |
