三、教學目標 Objectives
本課程透過吃這個行為的各種面向（包括對食物來源的了解與選擇、日常進食的反思、面對營養學的有益態度等），也就是從具體生活面向來接近抽象的哲學思考。
This course aims to approach philosophical thinking by means of considering the many aspects of the act of eating (including the choice and understanding of the source of food, reflects on daily meals, positive attitude towards nutriology).
