三、教學目標 Objectives
本學期擬規劃校外財金政府機關或金融業界參訪及專家演講

希冀藉由深入淺出及「理論」與「實務」並重的教學方式,經由課程設計,講授完整的國際財務管理、國際金融、金融科技(FinTech)及金融監理等議題,讓學生學習跨國企業的經營模式、國際金融環境及市場的運作,以期達到下列教學目標。

1. 實務議題探討
依上課進度輔以國際金融實務或個案的探討,藉以提升理論的理解度及應用性,進而培養學生分析財金問題、專業管理及決策判斷之專業能力。

2. 培養閱讀能力
藉由閱讀或報告如經濟學人(The Economist)、金融時報(Financial Times)、華爾街日報(The Wall Street Journal)等財務經濟刊物,培養學生對財金實務事件的掌握度。

3.培養撰寫英文報告及檢索國際資料庫能力
課堂中會完整說明撰寫英文報告的架構及撰寫方式,並介紹如何檢索國際資料庫(如Bankscope等)
This course will provide the following issues of economics:international financial markets, exchange rate determination, exchange rate risk management, multinational capital budgeting, and multinational capital structure and cost of capital. Both debt financing and fiscal policies are also discussed.
In addition, this course illustrates international financial management principles with the experience of the Taiwan and other countries. According to discussing the combination between theory and application, let students understand the real meaning and practice of international financial management. The aim of this course is to enhancing student financial expertise, training the ability of data collection, and developing presentation skills.
