三、教學目標 Objectives | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
國內青少年(福利)工作已走過二三十年的建構歷程,卻仍未有明確的主體形勢,擺脫不了依附社會權控的架構,或任由隨興的發想所主導。其結果是無法真正關照青少年整體性的需求,也難助其在變動社會中穩健地成長與發展。青少年工作應是社會的希望工程,是不只看問題(problems)更要看可能(potentials)的事業,但現況與此理想似乎仍有相當的距離。故,本課程的目標即在促使學生去認清事實並激發想像,在藉由閱讀與討論中找出改變現狀的可能。循此理念舉列本課程目標如下: 1. 檢視國內青少年(福利)工作的現況與困境 2. 探討突破困境的觀點與途徑 3. 激發研究的興趣與課題 |

The goal of this course is to examine the current state of youth work in Taiwan, and to explore possible development in the future. A focus would be on not only the problems but also the potentials of related systems and structures that youth and youth workers face in this society. |
