檢視並探討人權基礎理論與新興人權議題，並養成人道關懷與民主素養。
This course intends to examine and inquire into some fundamental theories of human rights and the emerging human rights issues in contemporary world. It is expected that the students are endowed with the faculty of humanism and democratic disposition.
