三、教學目標 Objectives
理解國際環境法於環境保護中所扮演之角色、作用與界限；認知國際環境法的跨領域性，其他知識對於環境法規則之論述、實施與執行上之影響。
To comprehend the role, function and the limits of international environmental law in environmental protection. To understand the tran-sectoral nature of international environmental law in which the impact from other area have affected the narratives of the environmental rules, the implementation and the enforcement.
