三、教學目標 Objectives
This course provides a general introduction to human resource management (HRM). The course content can be divided into four parts: 1) introduction, 2) recruitment and placement, 3)training and development, and 4) employee relations. Instructional methods will include lectures, videos, case discussion, and paper presentation.

1.Student Participation: Students are required to read the textbook and cases before class and attend every class. They are strongly encouraged to discuss the course content with the instructor and their classmates. Students should inform the instructor when missing classes beyond their control. Excessive absence will result in a lowered grade
2.Case Study and Presentation: Students will be required to write weekly reports, and present and discuss both cases in class.
3.Paper Presentation: A number of journal papers will be selected for each topic. Paper presentation will be held once a month.
