| To introduce students to the environmental respects and the functional areas of international business, including economic, political, legal and cultural differences among countries, and issues of globalization, foreign direct investment, outsourcing and social responsibilities, focusing on the strategic considerations of the multinational enterprises. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| ●整體敘述 Overall Description All chapters of the text book will be covered during the semester, the chapters 1-11 before the mid-term exam and the chapters 9-20 before the final exam. There will be active discussions and bi-weekly team reports in the class, and the depth and width of the discussion may vary from one chapter to another. Therefore the following schedule of the course may change due to the variations of the discussions. |
