| 三、教學目標 Objectives | ||||
| This course takes a practical approach to corporate finance and attempts to apply key concepts and techniques to a broad range of contemporary issues in finance. Examining financial issues from a managerial stand point, this course demonstrates the role finance has to play in explaining and shaping business developments rather than concentrating only on its quantitative aspects. This course will be focused on analyzing three key decision areas firms must make including capital budgeting/investment appraisal, capital structure, and payout policy. Consequently, the course will provide a quick summary of the major concepts of financial analysis accompanied with examples. It is a foundation course for all future courses on advanced finance studies. | ||||
