三、教學目標 Objectives | ||||
Course Objectives To familiarize students with the fast growing Law of International Institutions which, although weak and nonbinding in many areas, have already impacted upon international community since early 20th century, and even more so since 1945. This course covers its historical developments since late 18th century incluidng, but not limited to, LON, UN, specialized agencies affiliated with the UN, and regional organizations. Emphasis will always be on both theory and reality, since law does not exist in a vacuum. Finally, the participation of Taiwan in world organizations will also be discussd because of its very unique international standing and various subtle factors. |
