三、教學目標 Objectives
Upon completion of the one year course, students will learn to become; (1) Intelligent listeners and analysts to benefit from speeches by fellow students, (2) Experienced speech writers, and (3) Confident speakers. Students are expected to give speeches on a regular basis and to actively participate in class activities and discussions. 
四、課程內容 Course Description
整體敘述 Overall Description
We will study one speech from the textbook each week. You need to do your own reading and homework before coming to class, as the class hours will be used mostly for speeches, questions, discussions, and analysis of texts and presentation skills.
